Return and Exchange Policy:

We believe in remaining transparent in communication with our customers. That is why we have a large count of satisfied customers. To enhance customer experience, we offer a clear policy of Return and Exchange. So, our beloved customers are allowed to apply for return and exchange by following our policy after receiving his/her order.

Below are Some Conditions That Are Implied Upon Return and Exchange:

We have defined a time range under which our customers can apply for a return or exchange. Claim for it within 24 hours (within 1 day) after the time of receiving the order.

In case of return and exchange, only those products will be considered that are not misused or opened by the customers.

Only those parcels are subjected to return and exchange that contain mistakenly shipped DAMAGED or EXPIRED or INCORRECT products. 

Shipping Policy

At JarrettPharma, we ens

ure our customer satisfaction at the most. Once they confirm their order, we start our shipping procedures right after that. The delivery of product(s) is based on the following details:

All over Punjab, we need 3 to 5 working days. For Lahore, we take as little as possible time to deliver.

In all regions of KPK, our customers can get their parcels within 8 to 12 working days.

For our Sindh customers, we require 3 to 5 working days for shipping orders.

8 to 12 working days are required by us for delivering in two parts of Balochistan (i.e., Quetta and Chaman only).

The above-mentioned durations are based on normal circumstances. In case of any unforeseen conditions, the shipment might experience a delay. However, we will surely inform our customers about the delay in shipment, if any, through Email, WhatsApp, Phone, or Social media official sites.
